Mine are under Library in my main Hard Drive, but also under Users/Library/ in my Hard Drive. So basically some are in either which I guess is correct as some are user specific and some are iMac general usage. So maybe you need to look in both places?

Well I am with shanabit on this one. I have got Studio One 3 installed on an iMac and there is no settings file anywhere to be seen. Neither of these locations. Where could it be?
In the Users area the only reference to Studio One is in the shared folder. Under Library/Application Support/Presonus Software/Studio One 3. There are only two files there on my computer. The install history.xml and the license file.
Is it hidden perhaps? Mac files can be hidden but it seems like a harder process to unhide them compared to Windows.

shanabit have you gone through the rather lengthy process of making all files visible. I think it is hidden and in our case it has remained so. They probably do not want you to touch it. Studio One is working perfectly for me on my iMac so it must be somewhere.
I do sometimes find the Mac folder structure rather confusing. But I guess it is what you are used to. There are also confusing things about Windows too.

tomscheutzlich has already answered, but I'll add the following: There are two Library folders in macOS. Are you sure you've looked in both? On my system the files are in the user library which is a hidden folder. ~/Library/Application Support/PreSonus Software/Studio One 3/ is one way of naming it. With hidden files visible, try browsing for something like this: Macintosh HD/Users/username/Library/Application Support/PreSonus Software
Exchange 'username' with your username, f.i. shanabit or tomscheutzlich.
Should be there.

Yes I know where ALL the prefs folders are located. No it is not there. I trashed anything and ALL Presonus here and reinstalled everything. It is showing up now. This issue never happened UNTIL I installed 3.5.2 BTW. Consider this closed. Thanks

This thread has been interesting in bringing up the issue of the Users/Library folder being hidden. This was the most elegant solution for me:
1 From the OS X Finder, pull down the “Go” menu and choose “Home”, or otherwise navigate to the the Home directory for an active user account (the Home directory will be your short user name, where Downloads, Desktop, Public, Music, Pictures, etc folders are stored
2 Pull down the “View” menu and choose “Show View Options”
3 Near the bottom of the View Options settings list, check the box for “Show Library Folder”
Once this showed up there are ton of applications in there. I located everything for Studio One inside the Presonus Software folder. There are also settings for a ton other apps too. It stays this way too which is probably better for us.

I just downloaded Version 4.5. I have been using version 3.5.
Nothing works. There is nothing in the 'Open Settings' folder for version 4.5.
Been working with Presonus for a week with no resolution.
They are telling me now to create a new user account and try to redownload 4.5.
Can't believe all the trouble when 3.5 has been working flawlessly on my mac.
I need specific assistance from a mac user please with any good ideas to try. I am running High Sierra.

Will Presonus Studio One 4.5 Run On Os X Sierra Vs Windows 10 Laptop

Apple is poised to release its next operating system, macOS X 10.15, “Catalina,” sometime in October of 2019. PreSonus has been working with Apple to qualify pre-release versions of this new OS with all of our products. Art-pyrite vst crack.

We have found changes in Catalina that affect compatibility with PreSonus hardware and software. Remain on current versions of macOS until further notice. We ask that you please wait for us to announce compatibility before updating your OS.

In the meantime, please be advised:

  • Studio One version 4.5.4 is required to run Studio One under 10.15.
    • Izotope Neutron Elements and Klanghelm SDRR2Tube will not install under 10.15.
    • Arturia Analog Lite, and StudioLinked Trophies will at first not install— you must CTRL+Click (or right click) and select “Open” to install them.
    • Check your third-party plug-in developers’ websites for updates, as many of them may not install or run correctly under 10.15, and will need updates themselves to work correctly.
    • Some of the Studio Magic Plug-ins will not run under 10.15.
  • Universal Control 3.1 and older versions are not supported and will not open sample rate settings correctly on macOS X 10.15 Catalina.
    • An update to Universal Control will be necessary to access these settings. This update will be announced as soon as it’s ready for use with 10.15.
  • Universal Control 1.7.6 for FireStudio interfaces and StudioLive 24.4.2, 16.4.2 and 16.0.2 will not install on macOS X 10.15 Catalina.
    • An update to Universal Control will be announced as soon as it’s ready for use with 10.15.
  • StudioLive Series III mixers will not work with macOS X 10.15 without a firmware update.
    • We are planning a public beta of this firmware update to be available soon after 10.15 becomes available.
  • StudioLive 16.0.2. USB will not work with 10.15, please stay on 10.14 or a previously-supported OS until further notice.

We will provide an update when we have qualified 10.15 for use with our products and what updates are needed to ensure proper compatibility.

Thank you!
